Jade’s journey into the world of hair began at a young age, driven by a genuine passion for the craft. She honed her skills by practicing on family and friends, building the foundation for what would become a truly remarkable career in natural haircare. After graduating from Cosmetology School in Tampa as a Licensed Cosmetologist, Jade quickly established herself as a force in the industry. With over five years in the Natural Hair Care community, Jade continues to infuse each session with an abundance of care, dedication, and creativity, making every client feel valued and seen. Her specialties span a diverse range of services, but she places a strong emphasis on promoting and maintaining healthy hair. At The Jade Affect we value your time and the time of our stylists. Cancellation Policy

FYI ALL services INCLUDE A Luxe Shampoo Service ! PLEASE READ! DEPOSITS: All deposits paid are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE. No exceptions. SCHEDULING: If the appointment is showing that means it’s available. If not, then it’s not. If anything changes I will reach out promptly. I may reach out to change the time slot to meet business needs but you are not REQUIRED to agree to that change. *TARDINESS AND CANCELLATIONS: I take your time and mine very serious. Excessive tardiness will not be accepted and will cause you to be removed from my client list. You will have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes you will be charged a late fee. After 25 minutes, your appointment will be rescheduled with a 20% of your total service penalty. With that being said, give yourself time to park. You have up until 24 hours before your service to cancel without penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged FULL PRICE. THREE “late cancellations” and/or “no show” will cause you to be removed from my client list. 1. **Cancellation Notice**: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. 2. **Late Cancellations**: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the service price. 3. **No-Show Policy**: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full service price. 4. **Exceptions**: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 5. **Payment of Fees**: Cancellation fees will be charged to the payment method on file or will need to be paid at your next appointment. 6. ** Arrival **If you arrive early please wait until your appointment time to walk in. I hold myself accountable as well. If I arrive late, I will deduct the late fee from your service. DETANGLING: Please come with your hair detangled and ready to shampoo especially if you just came out of a protective style. I will charge extra for excessive detangling whether you read these guidelines or not. PRODUCTS: Please refrain from bringing your own products unless prescribed by a doctor. SQUEEZE IN: Sunday fee - $150 + service cost. Before or After hours fee - $100 + service cost Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
